Shipping and Returns
Shipping Information
Shipments are sent Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are processed two to five business days after they are placed.
Each order will be shipped to one address only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship to the entire US including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. AB Cosmetica does not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
PLEASE NOTE: After placing an order on our website, we strongly advise you to check your tracking information. Please contact us within 14 days of the shipment date (business days) if you have not received your order so that we may look into it and find your item.
Return Policy
- All returns must include all original components.
- If AB Cosmetica has cause to believe that our Returns Policy is being abused, we retain the right to limit returns in order to provide as many customers with the greatest shopping and product-return experiences possible (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
- If the goods have been used or opened, your order will not be accepted for return. A defective package may be an exception.
- Items purchased from other retailers, dealers, or resellers and not directly from myabcosmetica.com are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
Damage Products:
At the discretion of AB Cosmetica, leaking and defective products purchased within 30 days will be replaced at no charge after inspection.
